VF means vacuum fried. Fruit or vegetable fried in vacuum kettle, oil temperature less than 95 degree,  after high speed deoiling, we can get the crispy taste VF fruit and vegetable chips.

2.What is ingredient of VF?  

VF ingredient is just fruit or vegetable itself, palm oil and maltose.

For example, VF okra, its ingredient is okra, palm oil, maltose.
