The temperature is gradually increased, causing the ice crystals in the strawberries to turn into water vapor and evaporate, leaving behind freeze-dried strawberries.
  4. Packaging the freeze-dried strawberries: Once the freeze-drying process is complete, the strawberries are packaged in airtight containers or pouches to prevent moisture from re-entering and spoiling the product.
