To make Freeze Dried strawberries:
1、Wash and dry fresh strawberries thoroughly.
2、Cut off the green tops and slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
3、Arrange the strawberry slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4、Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 24 hours to freeze the strawberries completely.
5、Once frozen, transfer the strawberry slices to a food dehydrator and follow the manufacturer's instructions to dry them completely. Alternatively, you can also dry them in an oven set at the lowest temperature possible for several hours until they are dry and crispy.
6、Store the Freeze Dried strawberries in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one year.
